When creating a profile on our app, information about you as an employee or as a contact person for the company you represent is collected. The information is a prerequisite for us to be able to provide the service you request and for the purpose and function of the app to be used.
The purpose of processing the data is to facilitate contact between companies with vacant jobs and workers who want a job. The purpose is also to be able to invoice our user companies and to pay the employees.
We only process personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil this purpose.
We process personal data about you when we have a legitimate reason to do so. The legal ground in this case is an agreement that we have entered via the app as well as your consent when you create your profile. Furthermore, the legal basis is the law that we must follow when you enter an employment relationship.
We collect the following information about workers:
We collect the following information about employees of user companies:
To ensure documentation of agreements and correct servicing of you as a customer or user, Temply Aps may store telephone conversations, SMS messages, e-mails, and other communications with you.
Special note about registration and storage of CPR numbers and health information
In connection with salary payment and reporting to SKAT, it is necessary to use your cpr.nr. In the app, your sick leave is registered, and you have the opportunity to enter information in relation to your sick leave. Temply has a special focus on the security of social security numbers and health information, and we make sure that this information is shielded from the other information, and thus runs in a closed system that requires a special user right that only a few have access to.
WHERE DOES THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU COME FROM
The information comes primarily from you in connection with your profile creation.
In the app, it is possible for companies and employees to rate each other. Therefore, some information about you comes through this rating.
No further information about you is obtained from authorities, companies, etc.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In some cases, we use external systems to solve certain tasks, such as website hosting and support, cloud solutions and payroll. In some cases, we have also outsourced tasks to other companies in connection with the delivery of our services – e.g., development of the app. These are not data processors who process your personal data for us. Nevertheless, an agreement on confidentiality and professional secrecy has been concluded, which will come into force if a business partner exceptionally has access to your data in connection with the provision of their services.
We do not disclose your information to external private companies or authorities unless we are required to do so by law. We also do not disclose personal data to companies for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, however, see below.
We use advertising on various social media, and we use Google analytics, which is established in the USA. These media place cookies on your PC or mobile device when you click on our advertising, and they thus receive information about your movements online. Your click on the advertisement is considered consent to this.
We only store your information for as long as it is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the information was collected, including for ongoing necessary administration and follow-up on the individual user relationship. Different information has different purposes, and therefore we have different storing periods for different information.
The information is generally deleted when you delete your account unless we are required to store the information for a longer period. For example, accounting documents must be stored for 5 years.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost, altered, or impaired, as well as against unauthorized disclosure or misuse. Management has adopted clear instructions for employees regarding the use of the company's equipment and data.
Temply Aps and its employees have a duty of confidentiality regarding your personal data. Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.
In order to create transparency about the processing of your data, we as Data Responsible must inform you of your rights.
You are entitled at any time to request information from us about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal information and recipients of information there may be, as well as information about where the information originates. You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, please send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may be asked to prove that you are who you claim to be.
You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by us to the extent that you cannot correct them yourself.
